Available in acrylic,
these 9 mm diameter sheets can be placed in front
of a laser beam to project a variety of patters. This includes company
logos and photographs.
Using hologram type microstructure technology,
and manufactured
in high volumes, these optics are being used in many products which
once
used complicated optics. These low cost squares and disks reshape light
beams to form complex patterns and are available in 80 standard
configurations.
Non-uniform input beams can be used to project nearly uniform patterns.
A sample of the patterns are shown below as
either beam
splitters (image formed by dots) or diffusers ( continuous pattern).
Single unit price: $10 each (call for volume
discounts)
If you are looking for glass optics/lenses for
line generation
or telescopic collimation, see the TC
and LO
optics pages.
